Sony A7II The Sony A7II was my first full-frame and first mirrorless camera. I originally made wedding films and as a hobbyist photographer, this was the best hybrid option. Since then I’ve gone fully into photography and this camera still crushes it!

Canon FD-mount Film Lenses I use these beauties straight out of the 1980’s. There was a trend of videographers adapting these lenses to their mirrorless cameras for a more filmic look, but at $50 a lens, these became a more sensible option for me to cut costs.

Neewer Carbon Fiber Tripod & Ball Mount Not much to say, this tripod is the perfect size and weight for travelling but is also sturdy and effective. I’ve beat this tripod up for 2 years and it works like brand new.

5-in-1 Reflector Nothing beats a good reflector for on-location natural light portraits. If you backlight your portraits this is a fantastic way you can put some light back onto your model.

Sony TOUGH SD Cards These are the fastest reading/writing cards I’ve ever used. I picked one up at the Sony BeAlpha community event and haven’t turned back. These are fantastic when you have to use a higher resolution camera with massive RAW files.

Peak Design Everyday Backpack This backpack, like my tripod, has been beaten up for years and I haven’t had a single issue with it. It’s weatherproof, built so well from really great materials, and has all the storage I could ask for. I don’t bring more then 2-3 lenses, 1 body and a speaker on my shoots for the sake of weight, and this handles it all with ease and grace.
